氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片对畏惧性体位性眩晕的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片对畏惧性体位性眩晕(phobic postural vertigo,PPV)的疗效。方法PPV患者分为研究组和对照组,每组20例。对照组予用倍他司汀治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片。治疗前及治疗15 d后,采用国际眩晕评分量表(Dizziness Handicap Inventory,DHI)和焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Score,SAS)评估PPV患者眩晕、焦虑的程度,统计分析治疗的效果及眩晕与焦虑的相关性。结果治疗前两组DHI及SAS评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组眩晕和焦虑评分较治疗前及对照组治疗后均明显下降(P<0.05)。治疗前后的眩晕和焦虑评分间均具相关性(P<0.01)。结论 PPV与焦虑相关,氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗PPV有一定的疗效。Objective To evaluate the therapeutical effect of Deanxit on phobic postural vertigo （PPV）. Methods Forty PPV patients were randomly divided into two groups： experimental group, treated with Deanxit and Betahistine sim- ultaneously ,control group ,treated with Betahistine only. Before treatment and 15 days after treatment ,the level of dizziness and anxiety was evaluated by Dizziness Handicap Inventory （DHI） and Self-Rating Anxiety Score （SAS） respectively. The therapeutic effect of Deanxit and the relationship between dizziness and anxiety were statistically analyzed. Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in dizziness and anxiety between the two groups （ P 〉 O. 05 ） , however, com- pared with pretreated experimental group and control group, both scores were significantly decreased in the experimental group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was a correlation between the scores of dizziness and anxiety in all patients before and after treat- ment （ P 〈 O. O1 ）. Conclusion PPV associates with anxiety and Deanxit has a certain effect on PPV.
