新型弹性开放襻前房型人工晶体植入术42例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察新型弹性开放襻前房型人工晶体植入术的疗效。方法 :对 42例白内障患者行前房型人工晶体植入术 ,随访 3个月～ 3 .7年 ,观察手术前后眼压、角膜内皮细胞密度、六角形细胞的百分比、房角的变化和并发症的发生率。结果 :42眼的术后裸眼视力 0 .0 2～1 .0 ,平均 0 .3 2 ,矫正视力平均 0 .43。术后角膜内皮细胞丢失率为 8.3 7% ,六边形细胞丢失率为 1 1 .1 9% ,3例发生继发性青光眼。结论 :新型弹性开放襻前房型人工晶体植入术疗效好 ,并发症少。Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of implantation of flexible open loop anterior chamber intraocular lens. Methods: Fourty two patients undertaken implantation of the flexible open loop anterior chamber lens were observed in terms of ocular pressure, cornea endothilum, anterior chamber angle and complications both before and after operation. Follow up duration ranged from 3 months to 3.7 years. Results: The mean uncorrected vision was 0.32 and the corrected vision 0.43 after operation. The endothelium cell loss ratio was 8.37%, and secondary glaucoma occurred in 3 cases. Conclusion: Implantation of new flexible open loop anterior chamber intraocular lens is safe , and effective with few complication.
