摘　　要：目的对扭动模式超声乳化白内障摘除术的临床效果进行分析。方法对白内障患者进行分组治疗,实验组行扭动模式超声乳化治疗,对照组行传统模式超声乳化治疗。结果采用扭动模式超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗的实验组在各个方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对白内障患者采用扭动模式超声乳化治疗能够明显提升患者的眼部功能。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the torsional mode ultrasonic emulsification and cataract extraction. Methods The patients with cataract were treated by grouping, and the experimental group was treated by twist mode ultrasonic emulsification, and the control group was treated by ultrasonic emulsification. Results The experimental groups treated by torsional mode ultrasonic emulsification were significantly better than the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion The ocular function of the patients with the twist mode ultrasonic emulsification can significantly improve the patients with cataract.
