摘　　要：目的　研究入伍前生活条件对新兵心理适应能力的影响 ,为加强教育管理和培养合格军人提供心理学基础资料。方法　应用军人心理健康症状问卷 (SCL 90 ) ,对 1 4 4 0名新兵进行心理健康评定。结果　文化程度、是否独生子女、入伍前职业及父亲职业对新兵心理适应能力均有明显影响。文化程度较高的新兵心理健康水平显著低于文化程度较低的新兵 ,独生子女新兵心理健康水平显著低于非独生子女新兵。以SCL 90总均分为指标衡量 ,影响新兵身心症状的职业依次是经商、学生、待业、临工、工人和务农 ,而父亲职业影响新兵身心症状从重至轻依次是下岗、个体、知识分子、工人、公务员、农民和军人。结论　生活条件是影响新兵心理适应能力的一个重要因素 ,应依据个体的不同社会心理学特点 。Objective To study the effects of living conditions on the mental adaptation of the recruits. Methods The symptom checklist 90 (SCL 90) was used to evaluate the mental adaptation of 1 440 recruits. Results The mental adaptation of recruits was affected by a series of factors like home only son or home non only son, educational background, occupation before enrollment, and the fathers'occupation. The mental health level of recruits appeared to be decreased as the educational level raised, and that among home non only son recruits appeared to be higher than that among home only son recruits. Judged by the average score of SCL 90 from high to low, the occupations affecting the recruits' mental adaptation ability were businessman, student, unemployment, temporary employment, workers and farmers; in term of fathers' occupation, the affection order would be unemployment, private commerce, intelligentsia, worker, government functionary, peasant and armyman. Conclusion The living conditions before enrollment might be an important factor affecting the mental adaptation of the recruits.
