摘　　要："职业导向"是新时期经济社会发展对普通高校成人教育的现实要求。非职业导向的成人教育将扩大社会不公平,并且导致教育质量监管不力。"职业导向"的普通高校成人教育现实需求旺盛,政府支持有力,并具有一定的基础,因此具有现实可行性。要办好"职业导向"的普通高校成人教育,必须明确培养目标、准确设置专业、科学确定课程与教学内容、优化培养模式、狠抓师资队伍建设、加强教育过程管理。The career orientation is the realistic demand to the higher education in the ordinary universities and colleges under the economic and social development in the New Era. Non-career oriented adult education will aggravate the social inequality,and cause the inefficiency in the education supervision. The practical demand of the＂career orientated＂adult education in the universities and colleges is strong,and it also gets the supports from the government strongly,as well as good foundation. Therefore,it has the practical feasibility. To run the＂career orientated＂adult education in ordinary colleges and universities,it is necessary to make clear the cultivation target,accurately set up majors,scientifically determine the curriculum and teaching content,pay close attention to the building of the contingent of teachers,strengthen the management of the education process.
