摘　　要：分析了我国高校教师工程实践能力普遍偏低的根本原因,认为鼓励教师去与科研、教学联系紧密的企事业单位和科研院所进行实践培训,是解决这一问题的有效途径,对提高教师的工程实践能力,提升教学科研水平,推动师资队伍建设及促进教师"卓越"化等都具有十分重要的意义。In this paper,the root causes of shortage in teachers＇ engineering practical ability is analyzed. Also,an effective way to solve this problem is put forward,which is to encourage teachers to attend the practical training in the enterprises and research institutes closely linked to the research. It is of great significance to improve teachers＇ ability of engineering practice and enhance the level of teaching and research,and promote faculty building and the promotion of ＂excellent＂teachers and other aspects.
