摘  要:我国目前尚没有中职教师培养的质量评价指标体系的相关研究,质量评价指标体系的缺失导致培养出的中职教师在专业基础上仍比较薄弱,在实践教学工作中对企业的工作岗位技能要求也不甚了解。文章通过文献研究法以及对中职学校、相关企业的访谈调研,同时结合笔者所在机构多年对计算机、机械等专业的中职教师培养的研究,分析中职教师应具备的专业能力,从而为构建一套中职教师专业能力培养的质量评价指标体系提供帮助。There hasn't been researches on the quality evaluation index system for the vocational teachers in our country. Lack of the quality evaluation system causes that the vocational teachers' professional knowledge is relatively weak,so as the understanding of the job requirements in the enterprises. Through the literature research and interview method in the vocational schools and other related enterprises,combined with experiences that the author possesses in the research of computers and machinery,the professional capability that vocational teachers should have is analyzed,in order to offer some references for building a quality evaluation system of the vocational teachers professional abilities.
