农业现代化背景下的新农村“宜居性”探讨

摘　　要：在认识当前新农村建设工作所面临的困难和现代农业发展趋势的基础上,以华润希望小镇为例,阐释建设宜居新农村的内涵,即以保障农村"自然和谐,安居乐业"为核心,通过培育适宜现代农业生产发展的自然生态环境,提升符合现代农村和谐发展的社会人文环境,创新服务现代农业生产方式的居住空间环境,健全保障村镇人口乐于所业的生产工作环境,支撑引领我国农村人居环境和现代农业持续发展。Based on difficulties of new rural construction and the trend of agricultural modernization, taking the CR Hope Town as a case study, this paper illustrates that the core to the rural livability is “natural harmony, live and work in contentment”. The aim is to support the sustainable development of rural habitat and agricultural modernization through cultivating the ecosystem suitable for modernizing agricultural, the social environment leading to rural harmony, the living conditions adaptable to modern farming methods and the working conditions guaranteeing employment.
