上海地铁车站及周边地下空间开发的现状与发展趋势

摘　　要：当前国内城市地铁建设方兴未艾,以地铁站为依托,开发地下及其上部空间成为高效利用土地资源的有效途径。本文以上海市中心城区地铁站地区为研究对象,探讨地铁站与周边地下空间结合开发的五种类型,在分析上海地铁站地下空间开发的现状基础上,提出整合式开发模式将会成为地铁站周边地下空间的发展重点。The construction of metros is still growing in China, the development of underground and upper space above metro stations has become an effective way for efficient use of land resources. Based on the metro station areas in central Shanghai, this paper discusses 5 types of underground space development around metro station area. After analyzing the current development situation of underground space around metro stations in Shanghai, integrated development mode is proposed to be the key of underground space development around metro stations.
