摘　　要：目的:在医师多点执业推行效果不佳的情况下,为医师多点执业的全面开展提供政策上的建议。方法:在介绍医师多点执业推行现状的基础上,采用SWOT分析法深入分析推行医师多点执业的优势、劣势、机会、威胁。结论:医师多点执业的推行仍存在很多问题,应通过完善医师信息系统、改革医疗人员编制、健全法律法规等对策保证医师多点执业更好地开展和实施。Objective Provide advice on policy for the implementation of physicians＇ multi-sited practice under the circumstance of the ineffective implementation. Methods On the basis of the introduction about the current situation,this paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the implementation of physicians＇ multi-sited practice by using the SWOT analysis method. Conclusion There are still a lot of problems waiting to be solved about the implementation of physicians＇ multi-sited practice. In order to ensure the program can better conduct and implement,we could perfection physician information system,reform the establishment of medical staff,improve laws and regulations,etc.
