摘　　要：反思作为获得自我知识的方式之一是高校图书馆员成长和发展的重要标志。从反思的概念、特征入手,结合图书馆工作实践,阐述了图书馆员自我反思的必要性,提出了图书馆员自我反思的建设策略。Introspection, being one of the ways of obtaining self-knowledge, is an important symbol for university librarians＇ growth and development. Starting from the concept and features of the introspection, and connecting with library＇s working practice, this paper expounds the necessity of librarians＇ introspection, and puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of librarians＇ introspection.
