P15和ANRIL基因在结、直肠癌中表达的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨P15和ANRIL基因在结、直肠癌中表达的临床意义。方法:57例结、直肠癌及对应癌旁正常组织标本用免疫组化SP法及实时定量PCR分别检测长非编码RNA ANRIL及P15基因表达情况。结果:P15在癌组织中的表达量明显低于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05),ANRIL在癌组织中的表达量明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。结论:P15和ANRIL表达与结、直肠癌的发生、发展密切相关。Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of expression of P15 and ANRIL in colorectal cancer. Methods ： The expressions of long noncoding RNA ANRIL and P15 were detected by the SP method of immunohistochemistry and real-time quantitative PCR in 57 samples with colorectal cancer and paracancerous normal tissues. Results：The expression of P15 in cancer tissue was significantly lower than that of the normal tissue（P0.05）,and the expression of ANRIL in cancer tissue was significantly higher than that of the normal tissue（P0.05）. Conclusion：The expression of ANRIL and P15 is closely correlated with occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.
