摘　　要：从法治的维度看,我国高校在权力分配、权力运行、民主参与、民主监督等方面均面临着严峻挑战。在依法治国、依法治校背景下,我国高校内部管理体制改革应遵循高等教育规律,借鉴国外高校经验,并立足我国高教实际,建立中国特色的现代大学制度、多中心的高校治理模式和利益相关者协调机制,提高师生民主参与水平,规范与整合内部权力运行。From the perspective of political science, China＇s universities face big challenges in the division of power, administration, democratic participation, and democratic supervision. Against the background of rule of law for both the state and higher education, China universities should observe the rule of higher education, learn more from foreign counterparts and develop a modern university mechanism with Chinese characteristics that has a multi-center power pattern in administration and power-sharing among the interested parties, which, it is hoped, will increased the participation of the faculty and the students, and will help to standardize and consolidate internal power running.
