大学生就业困境下的思想政治教育与就业素质教育融合研究

摘　　要：解决我国当前存在的大学生就业困境离不开思想政治教育和就业素质教育,二者在不同层面和侧面为解决大学生就业困境提供了相应路径,其有效融合有利于形成新的优势,更好地帮助和引导学生实现自己的人生规划和就业素质的提高,进而更好地解决当前的就业困境。The solution to current university students employment difficulties in China is not separable from the success of political and ideological education and the employment preparation education, which can provide, on different levels and in different aspects, assistance to students facing those difficulties, and can help them recognize and gain advantages in their job-hunting, and can help them to better plan their career and increase their preparedness for a job. To this end, we must proceed from the university students＂ employment needs, grasp the essence of the ideological and political education, and better aim the employment education and improve its quality in such aspects as the curriculum, backup mechanisms and the means of teaching. At the same time, we need to try to better integrate the ideological and political education with employment education so as to better facilitate the growth and employment of college students.
