摘 要:以关怀型、自利型和独立型的伦理气氛作为研究变量,探讨在不同类型的伦理气氛的调节作用下,道德强度对组织员工伦理决策行为的作用机制。研究显示,道德强度的3个主要维度分别对伦理决策行为的3个阶段有正向影响,而不同类型的伦理气氛在道德强度对伦理决策行为意向的正向关系中起着不同的调节作用。通过分析外部因素对伦理决策行为内在运行机制的作用机理,进一步明晰了伦理决策的生发机制,从而可以帮助企业更有针对性地采取措施来提高企业员工的伦理决策水平。By using empirical data, this paper investigates the processing mechanism of moral intensity's effects on organizational employees' ethical decision making, under different ethical climates' moderation. The findings suggest that three dimensions of moral intensity all have direct effects on three stages of ethical decision making behavior, and different kinds of ethical climates play different kinds of moderating roles in the positive relationship between moral intensity and ethical behavioral intention. By analyzing the external factors' mechanism on the processing mechanism inside ethical decision making, this paper makes the mechanism underlying the ethical decision making system more clear, and helps the enterprise to improve employees' ethical decision making level via takmg appropriate measures.
