丹皮酚β-环糊精包合物稳定性考察

摘　　要：目的:考察饱和水溶液法包合丹皮酚的稳定性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以丹皮酚含量为评价指标,对丹皮酚β-环糊精包合物、混合物进行热稳定性、湿稳定性实验。结果:在湿、热等因素影响下,包合物含量均无明显的变化,而混合物含量下降。结论:高效液相色谱法测定包合物中丹皮酚的含量,方法简单,重现性良好。丹皮酚β-环糊精包合物具有较好的热稳定性和湿稳定性。Objective：To observe the stability of paeonol and its clathrate which were prepared by saturated aqueous solution. Methods：The experiment of heat and wet stability of the mixture and clathrate of paeonol were carried out by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）,taking the content of paeonol as the evolution index. Results：Under the affection of heat and wet,the content of paeonol in the clathrate did not change significantly,but that in the mixture decreased. Conclusion：With a goodreproducibility,HPLC is a simple method for determination of the content of paeonol. The β-cyclodextrin clathrate of paeonol had good heat and wet stability.
