摘　　要：分析当前经济转型中国内中小企业的状况,阐述广东省中小工业企业发展基本情况及存在的问题,包括企业创业、成长环境堪忧,资源占有少等。最后提出优化创业环境、构建企业发展核心能力等广东省中小工业企业发展对策。This paper analyzes the current situation of domestic SMES, summarizes the corporate life cycle, the enterprise growth theory, the definition of SMES, and the growth condition of Guangdong province, and analyzes the development problems of SMES in Guangdong province, such as inadequate corporate entrepreneurship, unfavorable growth environ- ment, limited resources, etc. Finally it provides countermeasures to optimize business environment, construct core capabil- ity of enterprises
