摘　　要：肿瘤干细胞是近年肿瘤领域研究热点,其理论的提出为肿瘤的治疗提供了新的思路及靶点。肺癌是当今社会威胁人类健康的主要恶性肿瘤,深入研究肺癌干细胞有望提高其治疗有效率。而肺癌干细胞的识别是其研究的第一步,找到行之有效的肺癌干细胞标志物十分必要。全文对目前肺癌干细胞标志物研究现状作一综述。Cancer stem cells（CSCs） are the research focus of tumor areas in recent years,the theory of CSCs provides the new ideas and targets. Lung cancer is a major threat to human health in today＇s society,studying deeply of CSCs is expected to improve its efficiency. Identification of lung cancer stem cells is the first step in the research;therefore to find effective cancer stem cell markers of lung cancer stem cells is necessary. In this paper,the studies of lung cancer stem cells markers were summarized.
