摘 要:目的:研究微粉碎对七厘散主要活性成分血竭素和羟基红花黄色素A(HSYA)在模拟胃肠道环境中稳定性的影响。方法:将七厘散细粉或七厘散微粉分别置于人工胃液和人工肠液中,定时测定两种粉体中血竭素及HSYA的剩余量。结果:在研究时间6 h内,与初始含量相比,七厘散细粉和微粉中血竭素在人工胃液和人工肠液中的剩余量、HSYA在人工肠液中的剩余量均没有发生显著变化。在人工胃液中,与七厘散细粉相比,七厘散微粉中HSYA剩余量发生显著性变化的时间较晚,且降解速率更慢。结论:在人工胃液中,对七厘散进行超微粉碎之后没有加剧HSYA的不稳定性,超微粉碎对七厘散中HSYA具有保护作用。OBJECTIVE To study the influence of superfine grinding on stability of dracorhodin and hydroxysafflor yellow A(HSYA)in Qili Powder in simulated gastrointestinal environment.METHODS Fine Qili Powder or Superfine Qili Powder was placed in artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice,respectively.Dracorhodin and HSYA contents were measured regularly.RESULTS By comparison with original contents,dracorhodin contents in artificial gastric and intestinal juice,and HSYA content in artificial intestinal juice were not significantly different within 6 h.HSYA content in superfine powder Qili Powder in artificial gastric juice had significant difference later than that in fine powder Qili Powder.By comparison with fine powder Qili Powder,degradation rate of HSYA was decreased in superfine Qili Powder.CONCLUSION In artificial gastric juice,superfine grinding can not reinforce HSYA instability but can protect HSYA in Qili Powder.
