摘  要:目的调查天津市市售蔬菜中农药残留状况。方法在该市16个区县的超市、农贸市场和固定摊位设置采样点,2年共采集559份食品样品,按照全国食品安全风险监测推荐方法进行检验。结果 2012—2013年共采集、检验蔬菜559份,农药超标73份,总体超标率13.06%。茎菜类(芹菜等)、甘蓝类、鳞茎类(韭菜)和叶菜类超标率位于前4位,超标率分别为30.77%、27.0%、18.6%、12.43%;有机磷类超标率为8.05%,氨基甲酸酯类超标率为6.08%,拟除虫菊酯类超标率为0.18%;国家明令禁止在蔬菜中使用的高毒农药超标样品占全部超标样品的76.5%。结论天津市市售蔬菜中农残超标现象仍较普遍,国家明令禁止在蔬菜中使用的高毒农药占主体。[Objective]To investigate the status of pesticide residues in commercially available vegetables in Tianjin. [Methods]A total of 559 food samples were collected from the supermarkets, farmers markets and food shops in 16 districts/counties of Tianjin from 2012-2013, and were detected according to the recommended methods from the national food safety monitor work book. [Results]A total of 559 vegetable samples were collected and detected from 2012-2013, the pesticide residues in 73 samples were higher than the standards, and the total over standard rate was 13.06%. The top four vegetables with higher over standard rate of pesticide residues were stem vegetables (such as celery), cabbage vegetables, bulbous vegetables (chives) and leaf vegetables, which the over standard rate was respectively 30.77%, 27.0%, 18.6% and 12.43%. The over standard rate of organophosphorus pesticide, carbamates pesticides and pyrethroid pesticides was respectively 8.05%, 6.08% and 0.18%. The over standard samples of highly toxic pesticides which are forbidden using on vegetables was 76.5%, to total over standard samples. [Conclusion]The unqualified pesticide residues in commercially available vegetables are widespread in Tianjin, and the highly toxic pesticides which are forbidden using on vegetables are predominant.
