激光穴位疗法配合补阳还五汤加味治疗脑梗塞临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察分析激光穴位疗法配合补阳还五汤加味治疗脑梗塞的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析我院于2012年2月-2013年8月收治的100例脑梗塞患者的病历资料,随机分为研究A组和研究B组,研究A组采取常规西药治疗并辅助康复训练,研究B组患者在研究A组患者的治疗基础上采取激光穴位疗法配合补阳还五汤加味治疗。对比分析治疗一个月之后的临床疗效。结果:研究A组患者治疗总有效率为70%,研究B组患者治疗总有效率为98%。研究B组患者临床疗效明显高于研究A组患者的临床疗效,两组间进行比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:激光穴位疗法配合补阳还五汤加味治疗脑梗塞临床疗效显著,具有可行性、易操作性和安全性,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe and analyze laser acupuncture therapy plus the Buyang Huanwu decoction for cerebral infarction. Methods： 100 cases of cerebral infarction were randomized into group A and group B; Group A took routine western medicine plus rehabilitation training; group B took laser acupuncture therapy plus the Buyang Huanwu decoction. Results： The total efficiency in the graup A was 70%; it was 98% in group B; P〈0.05; the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Laser acupuncture therapy plus the Buyang Huanwu decoction for cerebral infarction make significant clinical effect, feasibility, ease and safety, is worthy of promotion.
