摘　　要：目的 :探讨血小板衍生生长因子BB(PDGF_BB)及其受体PDGF_Rββ于口腔粘膜下纤维化 (OSF)的关系。 方法 :将 6例OSF组织一分为二 ,一部分作HE染色 ,作病理分期 ;另一部分采用包埋前染色方法 ,进行透射电镜观察PDGF_BB及其受体在OSF组织中的超微结构定位。结果 :OSF中PDGF_BB及其受体PDGF_Rββ阳性物质主要存在于上皮细胞的线粒体、细胞膜上以及成纤维细胞、血管内皮细胞粗面内质网线粒体和细胞膜上。结论Objective:This study aimed at investigating whether PEGF_BB and PDGF_Rββ were involved in the pathogenesis of oral submucous fibrosis.Methods:Immunoelectron microscopy was used for the study of the ultrastructural localization of PDGF_BB and receptors of PDGF_Rββ in 6 cases of specimens of oral submucous fibrosis. Each specimen was divided into two parts, consisting of one part for HE staining for pathological staging and the other part for transmission electronic microscopic observation.Results:Immunoreactive products of PDGF_BB and its receptors mainly existed in the cellular plasm of epithelial cells, fibroblasts and vascular endothelial cells, with enlargement of acanthoid cells, swollen mitochondria and abnormal ridges. Immunoreactive products were found on the membrane of epithelial cells, as well as in the mitochondria, rough endoplasmic reticula and on the membrane of the fibroblasts. Immunoreactive products of PDGF_Rββ mainly existed in the rough endoplasmic reticula of fibroblasts and in the cell membrane of acanthoid cells, and also could be found sometimes in the rough endoplasmic reticula of vascular endothelial cells. No immunoreactive product was found in the normal oral mucous membrane.Conclusion:The findings suggest that PDGF_BB and PDGF_Rββ might play an important role in the pathophysiological process of oral submucous fibrosis.\;
