摘　　要：目的探讨胃肠道脂肪瘤的CT表现。方法回顾性分析27例胃肠道脂肪瘤患者的CT检查资料。结果 27例胃肠道脂肪瘤患者的CT表现为大小不等的类圆形、卵圆形脂肪密度肿块,边缘光滑,最大径为1~5.6 cm,增强扫描后肿瘤无强化,包膜强化;肿瘤内见龛影3例;前端并发肠套叠7例,套入部与鞘部呈同心圆4例、靶征样2例、香蕉状改变1例。结论绝大多数胃肠道脂肪瘤的CT表现具有特征性,少数出现合并症缺乏特异性表现,需综合分析。Objective To discuss the CT characteristics of gastrointestinal lipoma. Methods The CT characteristics of twenty-seven cases with gastrointestinal lipoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results The CT characteristics of twentyseven cases with gastrointestinal lipoma manifested that masses were uneven oval fat density masses, the edge was smooth and the largest diameter was 1 to 5.6 cm. After CT enhancement scan, the tumour was not reinforcement while the envelope was opposite. 3 cases had niche, 7 cases had intussusceptions, 4 cases had concentric wrinkle, 2 cases had target sign, and one case had banana shape. Conclusion CT is characteristic in the diagnosis of most gastrointestinal lipoma,whereas a few occur complication lack of specificity, it needs comprehensive analysis.
