摘　　要：目的了解女性美沙酮维持治疗（MMT）海洛因依赖患者的性生活满意度（SS）及SS下降的相关因素。方法144例女性MMT海洛因依赖患者完成一般情况问卷、Zung氏抑郁自评问卷、Zung氏焦虑自评问卷和SS自评；112例年龄和文化程度匹配的社区健康女性对照完成SS自评。用有序因变量多元Logistic回归筛选ss下降的相关因素。结果MMT患者的SS评分显著低于健康对照[（3．23±0．88）分US（3．50±0．71）分，t=2．65，P=0．009]。SS下降与未婚[OR=8．70（95％CI：2．59～29．17）]、婚姻不良[OR=4．00（95％CI：1．38～11．61）]、自评躯体健康差[OR=4．93（95％CI：1．68～14．50）]、MMT剂量≥80mg／d[OR=3．62（95％CI：1．74～7．55）]和焦虑症状[OR=3．41（95％CI：1．57～7．44）]显著相关。结论女性MMT海洛因依赖患者SS低，非在婚状态、躯体健康差、高MMT剂量和焦虑增加了MMT女性患者ss下降的风险。Objective To investigate the sexual satisfaction （SS） and factors associated with deereased SS among female heroin-dependent patients receiving methadone maintenance treatment （MMT） .Methods One hundred and forty-four female MMT heroin addicts completed a general information questionnaire, Zung＇ s Self-rat- ing Scale for Depression,Zung＇s Self-rating Scale for Anxiety,and a question regarding self-report SS. One hun- dred and twelve age- and education- matched community-dwelling healthy females completed self-report SS. Multi- ple ordinal Logistic regression was used to identify factors associated with decreased SS.Results MMT female pa- tients had lower SS scores than healthy controls （（3.23±0.88） vs （3.50±0.71） , t= 2.65, P= 0.009）. Decreased SS was significantly con＇elated with being never married （ OR= 8.70（ 95% CI ：2,.59-29.17）, poor marital status （ OR = 4.00（ 95% CI ： 1.38-11.61 ）, poor self-rated physical health （ OR= 4.93 （ 95% CI ： 1.68-14.50）, MMT dose≥ 80 mg/d （ OR= 3.62 （ 95% CI ： 1.74-7.55 ） and anxiety symptoms （ OR= 3.41 （ 95% CI ： 1.57-7.44）. Conclusion Female MMT heroin addicts have poor SS. MMT heroin-dependent women,who are unmarried and have poor physi- cal health, high MMT dose and anxiety, are at high risk for decreased SS.
