摘 要:轻量化是高速列车动车组重要技术之一。铝合金因其密度小、比强度高、耐腐蚀性好,在动车组制造中获得了广泛的应用。铝合金焊接成为近年来轻金属焊接的热点。实际应用中,需要在各种典型位置条件下进行铝合金焊接,各种焊接位置条件下的性能及接头对位置的工艺适应性则成为实际生产工艺设计的重要依据。选用高强度7N01铝合金,在各个典型位置条件下制备焊接接头,研究不同焊接位置条件下的接头组织与性能,为高速列车铝合金焊接工艺设计提供基础数据。Light weight is one of the important technologies of high-speed train. Due to its low density, high strength and corrosion resistance, aluminum alloy was used for high-speed train manufacturing. So aluminum alloy welding had been a hot area of research in recent years. Aluminum alloy was welded in a variety of typical position in practice, so it was very important to know the performances of welded joints in various typical positions, which could provide basis for industrial production. The paper aimed at the high strength 7N01 aluminum alloy, study on the microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints at various typical positions, which provided basic data for designing welding procedure of 7N01 aluminum alloy in high-speed train.
