3～15岁儿童非接触眼压相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨3-15岁儿童非接触眼压（intraocular pressure,IOP）与性别、年龄、角膜中央厚度（central corneal thickness,CCT）的相关关系.方法 临床病例系列研究.采用回顾性分析方法选取2013年7～12月于解放军第180医院眼科就诊的884例（1773只眼）3～15岁儿童,采用日本Canon公司TX-F型非接触眼压计（non-contact tonometry,NCT）测量IOP,采用日本Topcon公司SP-3000型角膜内皮镜测量CCT,分析IOP与性别、年龄、CCT之间关系.结果 3～15岁儿童平均IOP为（14.64±2.95） mmHg,平均CCT为（521.43±35.07） μm,平均年龄为（9.59±2.71）岁.女童IOP大于男童IOP,IOP与年龄差异有统计学意义（R=0.201,P＜0.01）,IOP与CCT差异有统计学意义（R=0.322,P＜0.01）.男童平均CCT大于女童平均CCT,CCT与年龄差异无统计学意义（R=0.040,P＞0.05）.结论 3～15岁儿童平均IOP除了与多数研究者认同的CCT呈正相关外,与年龄同样出现了相关性,提示在临床工作中,要结合上述因素综合分析。Objective To discuss the correlations between intraocular pressure （IOP） and gender,age,central corneal thickness （CCT） in children aged from 3 to15 years old.Methods A total of 1884 children （773 eyes） aged from 3 to 15 years old were obtained from the department of ophthalmology of the 180th hospital of PLA from June to December in 2013.The results were analyzed retrospectively.IOP were measured by non-contact tonometry （Canon TX-F）.CCT were measured by specular microscopy （Topcon SP-3000）.And the correlations between IOP and gender,age,CCT were discussed.Results The mean IOP was 14.64±2.95mmHg,and the mean CCT was 521.43± 35.07μm,and the mean age was 9.59±2.71 years old.The female IOP was greater than the male IOP.IOP was correlated with age （R =0.201,P 〈0.01）.IOP was correlated with CCT （R =0.322,P 〈0.01）.The male CCT was greater than the female CCT.CCT was not correlated with age （R =0.040,P 〉0.05）.Conclusions There is direct linear correlation between IOP and CCT,also IOP is correlated with age in schoolchildren aged 3 to 15years old.All factors by synthesis in clinical work should be analyzed.
