摘　　要：目的 观察后巩膜加固联合玻璃体腔注气在治疗高度近视黄斑裂孔后极部视网膜脱离的临床疗效.方法 对2011年5月至2013年6月在郑州市第二医院眼科就诊的高度近视黄斑裂孔后极部视网膜脱离患者23例（25只眼）进行后巩膜加固联合玻璃体腔注气术.结果 所有病例随访12个月术后黄斑裂孔闭合,视网膜解剖复位21只眼（84％）.4只眼术后3～5个月视网膜脱离复位不佳,其中3只眼再次手术复位,1只眼未再次手术.术后视力提高20只眼（80％）,无变化3只眼,视力下降2只眼.结论 后巩膜加固联合玻璃体腔注气术治疗高度近视黄斑裂孔后极部视网膜脱离,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the efficacy of posterior sclera reinforcement combined with vitreous gas injection for retinal detachment of posterior pole with macular hole caused by high myopia.Methods A total of 23 patients （25 eyes） with retinal detachment of posterior pole with macular hole caused by high myopia underwent posterior sclera reinforcement combined with vitreous gas injection.The follow-up ranged 12 months.Results Macular holes closed and retina reattached in 21 out of 25 eyes （84%）.After 3-5 month,the retina had not reattached in 4 eyes,3 out of 4 eyes were retina reattach had underwent operation again,1 eye had not underwent operation.Postoperative visual acuities of 20 eyes （80%） were improved while the 3 eyes did not change and 2 eyes were falling after surgery.Conclusions Posterior sclera reinforcement combined with vitreous gas injection for retinal detachment of posterior pole with macular hole caused by high myopia is a safe operative method.
