玻璃体切割联合曲安奈德染色处理白内障超声乳化术中后囊破裂的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 评价玻璃体切割联合曲安奈德染色处理白内障超声乳化术中后囊破裂,玻璃体脱出的安全性和有效性.方法 回顾性分析2011年4月至2013年1月在焦作煤业（集团）有限责任公司中央医院眼科行白内障超声乳化术中后囊破裂的34例（34只眼）患者,经玻璃体切割联合曲安奈德染色,比较术前术后的视力、眼压变化,记录术后出现的并发症.结果 术前术后裸眼视力之间、最佳矫正视力之间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;术后第1天有19只眼眼压高于21 mmHg,术后7天内所有眼压恢复至正常范围内,其后眼压均在正常范围内;术后人工晶状体偏位4只眼,黄斑水肿2只眼.结论 玻璃体切割联合曲安奈德染色玻璃体处理白内障超声乳化术中后囊破裂是一种安全有效地手术方式。Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of combined vitrectomy with triamcinolone stain to manage posterior capsule rupture during phacoemulsification.Methods Retrospective analysis of 34 patients with posterior capsule rupture during phacoemulsification were included,who underwent vitrectomy with triamcinolone stain vitreous.The preoperative and postoperative uncorrected visual acuity,best corrected visual acuity,and intraocular pressure changes were compared and postoperative complications were recorded.Results There was statistically significant difference between preoperative and postoperative uncorrected visual acuity （t =10.244,P 〈0.05）,also between best corrected visual acuity （t =12.166,P 〈0.05）.Intraocular pressure of 19 eyes was higher than 21mmHg on the first day after operation and back to normal range within 7 days,which were in normal range after 1 month.There were 4 eyes with intraocular lens dislocation and 2 eyes with macular edema.Conclusions It is a safe and effective operative method with vitrectomy and triamcinolone stain to manage posterior capsule rupture during phacoemulsification.
