摘　　要：目的 通过不良事件报告系统在精神科护理管理中的应用,针对精神科护理管理中出现的风险隐患,对各项风险管理的制度进行完善修订。方法 2013~2015年,通过Likert五级量表对我院护理人员进行问卷调查,并对其护理满意度、护理缺陷率、护理投诉率及护理风险意识评分作比较。结果 不良事件制度实施3年后,患者对护理服务的满意度逐年上升,差异有统计学意义。护理缺陷率和护理投诉率呈逐年下降趋势,差异有统计学意义。结论 患者的满意度及护理风险意识,护理缺陷和投诉可以通过不良事件报告系统得到提高和减少。Objective To perfect and revise risk management systems to eliminate potential risks in psychiatric Methods Nursing staff were received questionnaire survey by Grade-5 Likert scale from 2013 to 2013 and their degrees of nursing satisfaction, nursing defect rate, nursing complaint rate and nursing risky consciousness scores were compared. Results After the implement of adverse event reporting system, degrees of nursing satisfaction rate were increased by years. The differences were statistically significant. Nursing defect rate and nursing complaint rate were declined by years. The differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Degrees of nursing satisfaction, nursing risky consciousness, nursing defect and nursing complaint can be improved and decreased through adverse event reporting system.
