高压电位治疗抑郁症患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察高压电位疗法治疗抑郁症的效果。方法采用天津唐邦TB-6800A型高压电位治疗仪治疗为主，辅以心理疏导，授以合理情绪疗法知识，患者同时继续服用抗抑郁药物帕罗西汀等综合治疗。采用自身前后对照研究和阴性对照研究，以HAMD量表作为评定量化指标。结果对2010年4—9月88例抑郁症患者采取高压电位配合药物的综合性治疗，97％患者经过1—2个疗程治疗后，自诉躯体症状改善，抑郁情绪明显好转；2％患者未见明显疗效。HAMD量表评分显示，治疗后患者总分降低，明显低于对照组，二者差异具有统计学意义。结论高压电位疗法是一种有效的治疗抑郁症的方法。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of high potential on depression. Methods The Tian- jin TangBang TB 6800 type A high-pressure potential therapeutic treatment was major way, besides psychotherapy, conveying Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy knowledge and giving drug Paroxetine and so on. Auto case-control study, negative case-control study and Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） were applied in the experiment. Results 88 cases of patients with depression cooperated with the comprehensive high pressure potential and drug treatment in April to September of 2010.97 percent of 88 case depression patients said somatization recovered, depressed mood got better than before ; 8 percent patients showed no marked effect after one to two courses. The HAMD scores of all patients decreased, remarkably decreased the level of control group. There were statistically significant differences. Conclusions High potential treatment was an effect way to treat depression.
