摘  要:利用初始能量为80 Me V/u的碳离子束对白花紫露草枝条进行了辐照处理,吸收剂量范围0-20 Gy,得到彩叶变异株,针对其叶片花青素含量和成分,采用p H示差法及HPLC-MS进行了测定。结果表明,白花紫露草彩叶植株的总花青素含量0.162 mg/g,是对照株0.009 mg/g的18倍。彩叶变异株粉色叶片中共检测出7种花青素成分:天竺葵素、矢车菊素、锦葵色素、矮牵牛素、天竺葵-3-葡萄糖苷、芍药素-3葡萄糖苷以及矢车菊-3-O-鼠李葡糖糖苷。白花紫露草对照中共鉴定出6种花青素成分。与对照株相比,变异株中增加了矮牵牛素,且各花青素成分含量均得到了提高,提示白花紫露草彩叶变异株叶片变为粉色是由花青素含量增高及成分的变化引起的。The branches of tradescantiafiumiensis were irradiated with carbon ions, and the initial energy of the carbon ions was 95.8 MeV/u (dose rate 4 Gy/min, dose range 0-20 Gy). A mutant line with pink leaves was obtained. The aim is to explore the mutation mechanism of the mutant with pink leaves obtained by carbon ions irradiation in tradescantiafiumiensis, pH differential method was used to evaluate the total anthocyanidin content of wild type and its mutant with pink leaves. HPLC-MS method was used to detect the anthocyanin pigmentation between wild type and its mutant with pink leaves. The total anthocyanidin content of the mutant was 18 fold than that of wild type. Seven anthocyanins were determined and identified as pelargonidin, cyaniding, petunidin, malvidin, pelargonidin-3-glucoside, peonidin-3-glucoside and cyanidin-3-O-rhamnosylglucoside in the mutant; Six anthocyanins were determined and petunidin could not be detected in wild type. The results showed that, compared with wild type, the total anthocyanidin content increased and the components of anthocyanin were also changed in the mutant.
