摘 要:基于热释光检测技术,研究蜂花粉食品辐照的具体鉴定方法。提取样品中的矿物质,测量其硅酸盐的第一次热释光发光曲线的发光峰面积积分值G1,然后将测量后的硅酸盐物质进行1 k Gy辐照处理,继续测量第二次热释光发光峰面积积分值G2,对G1/G2进行比较,若G1/G2≥0.10,判定样品经过辐照处理;G1/G2<0.10时,判定被测样品未经过辐照处理。此技术可定性地鉴定被测样品是否经过辐照处理。Based on the thermoluminescence (TL) assay, our study mainly investigated the specific method for identifying irradiated bee pollen samples. After extracting silicate minerals from samples, integrated intensity of the first TL curve was obtained (G1). Then, the extracted minerals were irradiated with γ-rays at dose of 1 kGy, followed by the calculation of the integrated intensity out of the second TL curve (G2). The cutoff ratio of G1/G2 could be used to identify the irradiated samples: i.e. G1/G2〉0.10 meant samples were irradiated, and G1/G2〈0.10 meant the samples were unirradiated. Therefore, this novel assay could be an effective method for identifying irradiated samples.
