摘  要:研究了热输入对Q890低合金高强钢焊缝的组织、硬度以及冲击韧度的影响。结果表明,焊缝金属的组织类型基本相似,多数为板条贝氏体并伴随少量粒状贝氏体和板条马氏体。热输入越大,粒状贝氏体含量增加,板条马氏体减少,焊缝组织越发短而粗。同时,热输入越大,晶格畸变和高密度位错数量降低,进而降低了焊缝硬度和冲击韧度。The effect of the heat input on the microstructures, hardness and impact toughness of the weld of the high-strength steel Q890 was investigated. The results show that the microstmctures of the weld metals are similar. They are most of lath bainite and contain a small amount of granular bainite and lath martensite. The content of the granular bainite increases with the increase of the heat input while the lath martensite decreases and the microstructure of the weld changes to be shorter and thicker. Meanwhile, the lattice distortion and high density of dislocations decrease with the increase of the heat input and the hardness and impact toughness decreases.
