摘  要:目前中国的乘员碰撞安全法规主要有GB11551《乘用车正面碰撞的乘员保护》和GB20071《汽车侧面碰撞的乘员保护》。某纯电动汽车开发初期按中国法规GB20071进行侧面碰撞摸底试验,发现假人头部保护不满足法规。通过分析假人头部伤害机理,找出造成头部伤害的因素主要是侧碰过程中头部撞击到顶棚,同时撞击能量大,且能量均由头部传递或吸收。针对上述原因,结合车型开发的实际情况,通过增加头胸保护的侧气囊、增加顶棚缓冲块,最终经过实车试验验证头部伤害满足法规要求。同时,对后续开发的车型提供了宝贵的经验。China's current occupant crash safety regulations are mainly GB11551 "passenger frontal impact occupant protection" and GB20071 "car side impact occupant protection." Beginning of a pure electric vehicle development carried out by Chinese laws and regulations GB20071 side impact test thoroughly and found the dummy head protection does not meet regulations. By analyzing the dummy head injury mechanism to identify the main factors causing head injuries during a side impact head hit the ceiling, while the impact energy, and the energy delivered or absorbed by the head. For these reasons, combined with the actual situation of models developed by increasing head and chest side airbags to protect and increase the ceiling buffer block, and ultimately through the real vehicle test verification of head injuries to meet regulatory requirements. Meanwhile, on the subsequent development of models to provide a valuable experience.
