摘 要:目前中国的乘员碰撞安全法规主要有GB11551《乘用车正面碰撞的乘员保护》和GB20071《汽车侧面碰撞的乘员保护》。某纯电动汽车开发初期按中国法规GB20071进行侧面碰撞摸底试验,发现假人头部保护不满足法规。通过分析假人头部伤害机理,找出造成头部伤害的因素主要是侧碰过程中头部撞击到顶棚,同时撞击能量大,且能量均由头部传递或吸收。针对上述原因,结合车型开发的实际情况,通过增加头胸保护的侧气囊、增加顶棚缓冲块,最终经过实车试验验证头部伤害满足法规要求。同时,对后续开发的车型提供了宝贵的经验。China's current occupant crash safety regulations are mainly GB11551 "passenger frontal impact occupant protection" and GB20071 "car side impact occupant protection."
