白内障超声乳化摘除联合房角分离术治疗白内障合并急性闭角型青光眼的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障超声乳化摘除联合房角分离术治疗白内障合并急性闭角型青光眼的临床疗效。方法从我院2013年1月至2014年6月收治的白内障合并急性闭角型青光眼患者中随机性抽取100例作为研究对象,并将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各50例。研究组患者给予白内障超声乳化摘除联合房角分离术治疗,对照组给予超声乳化白内障摘除联合小梁切除术治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗两组患者在视力水平比较上,无明显差异(P>0.05);研究组在眼压、前房深度、房角宽度指标上,明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组合并症发生率为8.00%,明显低于对照组的22.00%(P<0.05)。结论白内障超声乳化摘除联合房角分离术在白内障合并急性闭角型青光眼患者中疗效显著,可以显著提高患者治愈率,具有安全、可靠等优点,值得临床推广和应用。Objective：To investigate the phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis treatment of cataract com-bined with the clinical curative effect of acute angle closure glaucoma.Methods：From 2013 January to 2014 June in our hospital were cataract combined with acute closed angle glaucoma patients randomly selected 100 patients as the research object, and di-vided into study group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Patients in study group received phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis treatment, the control group received phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of patients, treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results：Compared two groups of patients in visual acuity level, no significant difference （P〉0.05）; the study group on the intraocular pressure, anterior chamber depth, width of chamber angle index, significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）; Study on the combination and the incidence rate was 8%, sig-nificantly lower than the control group 22% （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis in cataract complicated acute closed angle glaucoma patients curative effect significantly, can significantly improve the cure rate of patients, has the advantages of safe, reliable, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
