摘　　要：目的探讨食道癌患者行金属内支架治疗围手术期的医疗风险及处理方法。方法将我院自2013年1月至2015年1月间收治的食道癌患者114例作为研究对象,回顾性的分析这些食道癌患者行金属内支架置入手术资料,总结其在围手术期出现的医疗并发症和其他风险因素,总结合理有效的处理方法。结果有42例患者由于推迟支架置入手术的时机而引起病情加重,体质发生恶化,增加手术的难度和并发症的危险;有1例患者出现拒绝使用金属支架而引起饲管堵塞,发生医疗性纠纷。结论食道癌患者行金属内支架术前、术中存在一些非手术操作的医疗风险,提高这些风险认识有助于支架置入术在临床上广泛使用。Objective：To study the esophageal cancer patients with metallic stent in the treatment of medical risk and treatment method of peri operation period.Methods： In our hospital from 2013 January to 2015 January between esophageal cancer 114 patients as the research object, a retrospective analysis of the esophageal cancer patients with metallic stent implantation operation data, summarizing medical complications appearing in the peri operation period and other risk factors, processing method is reasonable and effective total node.Results： There were 42 patients due to delayed stenting operation time and cause illness, physical deterioration, risk increase the difficulty and complications of operation; 1 patients had refused to use metal stent blockage caused by feeding tube, the occurrence of medical disputes.Conclusion：There are some non operation of the medical risk of esophagus cancer patient for metallic stent in the preoperative, intraoperative, improve the understanding of these risks is widely used in clinic in stent implantation.
