摘 要:以速生杨木边/心材单板为研究对象,对其进行水热密实化处理,通过单因素试验,分别研究热压时间、单板含水率两个因素的改变对杨木边/心材单板的压缩率、气干24h和148h的厚度回弹率的影响,初步探讨了各因素的作用机理。研究结果表明:单板的压缩率和厚度回弹率均随因素水平的改变而呈现出明显的规律性,心材单板的压缩率高于边材单板,但厚度回弹率低于边材单板,各因素的作用机理有所差异,单板水热密实化处理的优化工艺条件:热压时间8min,含水率20%,热压温度1.50℃,热压压力5MPa。As studying objects, the sapwood and heartwood veneer of poplar were treated with hydrothermal densification in this paper. Through single factor test methods, the effects of pressing time and veneer moisture content on compression ratio and thickness rebound rate of air dry for 24 hours and 48 hours were studied. The modification mechanism of different factors was preliminary explored. The study results showed that compression ratio and thickness rebound rate of poplar sapwood and heartwood veneer presented an obvious regularity with the change of different factors. The compression ratio of heartwood veneer is higher than sapwood veneer but is lower than sapwood veneer on the thickness rebound rate, and there were differences between the modification mechanisms of different factors. The optimal hydrothermal densification conditions of poplar sapwood and heartwood veneer were as follows: pressing time is 8 min, veneer moisture content is 20%,pressing temperature is 150℃ , and pressing pressure is 5MPa.
