摘　　要：目的探讨三维超声成像技术对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法收集的乳腺肿块患者101例,进行乳腺肿块常规二维超声及彩色多普勒超声扫查,检查结果与病理结果对照。结果二维超声和三维超声在恶性肿块的边界、形态、纵横比、内部回声、微小钙化、后方回声上有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论三维超声比二维超声对乳腺癌的诊断具有明显的优越性。Objective To investigate the three-dimensional ultrasound imaging technology in the diagnosis of breast cancer objective value. Methods 101 breast masses were collected cases of breast lumps, conventional two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound, examination results and pathological findings.Resu Its The results of two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound in malignant tumor boundary, shape, aspect ratio, internal echo, calcification, rear echo has statistical significance （p〈0.01） . Conelusions three-dimensional ultrasound is better than two-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
