摘　　要：依据现有的研究初步认为人血管生成素样蛋白4(ANGPTL4)具有脂肪细胞因子的重要特征,参与了人体脂类和葡萄糖代谢的调控。ANGPTL4及其C端的纤维蛋白原样结构域在肿瘤发生、发展的多个层面的信号转导中发挥着重要作用。检测肿瘤中ANGPTL4的表达情况可以用来评价临床疗效和判断患者预后。对ANGPTL4不断深入的研究,可为肿瘤靶向治疗提供更多新思路。Angiopoietin-like （ ANGPTL ） 4 was initially identified as a kind of adipokine playing an important role in regulating lipid and glucose metabolism , according to the existing knowledge about ANGPTL4.The C-terminal fibrinogen-like region of ANGPTL4 may be a pivotal factor in the multilayered signaling during tumor onset and progression.Detection of the expression of ANGPTL4 in tumor can be used in evaluating curative effect and judging prognosis.The continue research of ANGPTL4 can provide us with more tumor targeting strategies .
