摘　　要：《形势与政策》课教师理论素养包括坚定的马克思主义理论素养、深厚的哲学理论素养、丰富的中国传统文化理论素养。我们要通过加强理论培训,提升教师理论素养;加强学科科学研究,促成教师理论素养的转化;做好传帮带,形成良好的理论素养氛围;关注社会问题,培养时事政治兴趣;加强自身的理论学习,促成理论内化为言行等途径来予以改善和提高。the theoretical quality of college teachers of the course ＂Situation and Policy＂ includes solid knowledge of Marxist theory, profound knowledge of philosophy, and rich knowledge of traditional Chinese culture. Theoretical training must be strengthened to enhance the teachers＂ theoretical knowledge; scientific research must be strengthened to promote the conversion of their theoretical knowledge; form a good theoretical training atmosphere; pay atention to social issues and foster an interest in political and current affairs; theoretical study should be strengthened to improve themselves.
