摘　　要：廉洁从教是对教师品行和作风方面的道德要求。文章探析廉洁从教的涵义及其重要性,认为应从六个方面培养师范生廉洁从教的思想素质:科学地认识教师职业的社会价值,掌握教师职业道德准则,开展好廉政文化进校园活动,把感恩教育作为师范生情感教育的重要内容,充分发挥高校教师的言传身教作用,在实践活动中巩固师范生的廉洁从教思想。Honest and clean teaching is the ethical requirement of a teacher. The paper explores its meaning and importance and thinks that the thought of honest and clean teaching of normal college students should be cultivated in six aspects： under- standing teachers＂ professional values in society; mastering teachers＂ professional code of ethics; conducting the culture of an honest and clean government in college activities; taking thanksgiving education as the important content of emotional educa- tion; bringing college teachers into full play; consolidating the students＇ thought of honest and clean teaching inpractice
