以生态文明为导向的高等教育理念转型及其试验

摘　　要：高等教育本质上属于国家宏观发展战略的上层建筑范畴。近现代高等教育以工业化为导向,以培养"产业型"人才为目标。它在履行其历史使命的同时,出现了科学教育与人文教育失衡、以实用主义尤其是经济功用为学术取向等弊病。生态文明作为超越于工业文明的新型文明,其到来需要高等教育形态的转型相匹配。其人才取向为"生态型",包括具有整体性的世界观和方法论、敬畏生命和灵魂、把握自主性和合作之道,等等。与之相应的新型教育形态雏形,有中山大学博雅学院的通识教育和博雅教育改革,北京林业大学翱翔支农与实践社的"校园农耕"经验,河南大学"三农"发展研究会的"乡村情景分享"经验,北京梁漱溟乡村建设中心的"农村发展人才培养计划"经验等,应完善这样的制度探索并推广之。Higher education is actually a part of superstructure of national macroscopical development. Modem higher education is directed by industrialization, and its goal is to train qualified person who comprehend industrial chain. In the process of achieving those goals, higher education itself had some problems, for example, disequilibritun between scientific education and humanity, and education finally in an aim of pragmatism, especially gaining profits. The development of ecological esthetics need to match the form of higher education, and it needs more qualified talents who has a world point of view and methodology, understands to respect lives and souls, and grasps the way of cooperation and self-direction. Nowadays, there are already some miniatures of ecological esthetics in some places such as Liberal Arts School＇s general education and educational reform in Zhongshan University, Ao Xiang Student Group＇s School Gardening in Bejing Forestry University, Beijing Liangshuming County＇s ＂Plan of training qualified person in coun- ty＂, etc. All experiences of setting up these organizations or plans should be spread out in a larger circumstance.
