教学模式在“食品专业英语”教学中的应用与评价

摘　　要：分别采用LBL教学和PBL+LBL教学法,对食品专业学生的"食品专业英语"进行教学比较研究。通过问卷调查、课堂测验和卷面考试3种方式考察教学效果,并通过SPSS软件对数据进行分析比较。结果表明,试验组(PBL+LBL教学法)的教学效果显著优于对照组(LBL教学法)。在"食品专业英语"的教学中采用PBL+LBL教学法不仅有利于学生学习兴趣的提高,还能增强团体意识与合作精神,促进学生理论与实践的结合,营造良好的课堂氛围。In the teaching of English for Food Specialty, PBL＋LBL and LBL teaching models are respectively used to studentswho majored in Food Science and Technology. The teaching effects are investigated by means of questionnaire, quiz in class and test. The results show that the average mark of experimental group （PBL＋LBL teaching model） is higher than that of thecontrol group （LBL teaching model） . The application of PBL＋LBL teaching model could stimulate learning interest of stu-dents, improve their group consciousness and cooperation, and create a good atmosphere for teacher-student interaction. Ithas better effect on students and teachers.
