乌灵胶囊联合氟哌噻吨/美利曲辛片治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中后抑郁患者应用乌灵胶囊联合氟哌噻吨/美利曲辛片治疗的临床效果和安全性。方法 72例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为对照组和观察组各36例,对照组给予氟哌噻吨/美利曲辛片1片/次,早、午饭后口服;观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予乌灵胶囊3粒/次,3次/d,口服;2组疗程均为8周。比较2组治疗前、后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分,记录不良反应发生情况。结果对照组治疗前HAMD评分[(21.53±3.62)分]与观察组[(21.82±3.27)分]比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后对照组、观察组HAMD评分[(6.63±1.25)分和(3.42±0.98)分]均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低较对照组明显(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率(19.4%)与对照组(22.2%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乌灵胶囊联合氟哌噻吨/美利曲辛片治疗脑卒中后抑郁的效果优于单用氟哌噻吨/美利曲辛片,且不良反应轻。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of Wuling capsule combined with flupentixol/ melitracen in the treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods Seventy-two patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 36 patients in each group. Control group was given one flupentixol/melitracen tablets per time after breakfast and lunch, respectively. On the basis of the treatment in control group, observation group was given 3 Wuling capsules per time, 3 times per day, totally for 8 weeks in two groups. The Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） scores were compared between two groups and the incidence of adverse reactions were recorded. Results There was no significant difference in HAMD scores before treatment between control group （21.53∽3.62） and observation group （21. 82± 3. 27） （P〈0. 05）. The HAMD scores were lower after treatment （6.63±1.25, 3.42±0.98） than those before treatment both in control group and observation group （P〈0.05）, which was more obvious in observation group than in control group （P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between observation group （19.4 % ） and control group （22.2 % ） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Wuling capsule combined with flupentixol/melitracen tablets is superior to the single use of flupentixol/melitracen tablets for post-stroke depression and the adverse reactions are mild.
