摘 要:为了解悬臂式硬岩掘进机井下工作时的振动强度分布状况,利用矿用便携式测振记录仪和振动加速度传感器测取了悬臂式硬岩掘进机在煤矿井下实际工况下的振动信号,基于实测数据对时域指标特征参量进行统计,得出了掘进机整机及其同一部位在不同测振方向的振动强度分布:截割部振动最剧烈,主机架振动最小;各部位不同方向的振动强度相差不大,表明掘进机运行平稳。In order to get vibration intensity distribution of boom-type hard rock roadheader working underground, mine-used potable vibration recorder and vibration acceleration sensor were applied to collect vibration signal of the boom-type hard rock roadheader under coal mine actual working conditions. Characteristic parameters of time domain index were counted based on the measured data, and vibration intensity distribution of the whole roadheader and the same part at different vibration directions were got, that is, vibration of cutting unit is the most intense, while vibration of main frame is minimal, and vibration intensity of each part at different vibration directions are less different which show that the roadheader runs stably.
