摘　　要：为降低脑卒中患者的死亡率及致残率,通过学科重构、科学管理、流程再造等途径,探索并形成了脑卒中一体化的诊疗模式,显著提高了诊疗效率,降低了致死致残率。但仍存在独立的学科分类设置还未建立、标准规范同质化进程亟待推进等问题。下一步将继续优化脑卒中一体化诊疗模式,实现脑卒中救治质量持续改进。To gradually decrease the mortality and disability rate among patients with stroke, the diagnosis and treatment integration mode on stroke was established through disciplines cooperation, scientific management and process reengineering, which improved diagnosis and treatment efficiency and decreased mortality and disability rate. However, problems still existed, including no establishment of independence disciplines classification setting and urgent need on improvement of standards homogenization. The next step was to continually optimize the diagnosis and treatment integration mode on stroke, and to achieve the continually improvement of treatment quality on stroke.
