摘  要:从某三甲医院手术信息数据库中提取446位手术医师2013年担任主刀、一助、二助的手术相关数据,在手术信息数据库原有31个原始指标的基础上,应用专家咨询法构建手术医师临床工作绩效评价指标体系的三维框架,应用逐步多元回归法筛选出关键指标,构建了包含3个一级指标和11个二级指标的手术医师临床工作绩效评价指标体系。The data of 446 surgeons as major surgeon, first assist and second assist were selected from the surgery information database in a third - level hospital in 2013. Based on the original 31 indicators of the operative information database, the three - dimensional framework on surgeons'clinical performance evaluation system was established through expert consulting method, and key indicators were screened by stepwise multiple regression method. The final surgeon's clinical performance evaluation system had three first -level indicators and 11 secondary indicators.
