摘　　要：引入QC小组活动,遵循PDCA循环,使手术护理记录单书写错误率由20.43%降至7.14%。QC小组活动不仅提高了手术护理记录单书写质量,而且提高了护理人员的法律意识,认识到了护理书写记录的重要性。Introduced the quality control circles （QCC） activities,follow the PDCA cycle, such that the writing error rate of surgical nursing records decreased from 20.43% to 7.14%. QCC not only improves the quality of surgical nursing records writing, but also improves the awareness of nurses from legal aspect and make them know the importance of writing nursing records.
