白乳散联合西药治疗癌痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察白乳散对晚期恶性肿瘤癌痛的临床疗效及其安全性。方法:57例晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,对照组27例采用西医镇痛药;治疗组30例在上述基础上加用白乳散外敷。观察比较两组的疼痛缓解度、镇痛有效率、平均止痛起效时间以及安全性。结果 :治疗组在镇痛有效率、镇痛起效时间、生活质量卡氏评分及临床疗效方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二组在安全性方面无明显的差异(P>0.05)。结论:白乳散外敷治疗癌痛有效。Objective ：To observe the efficacy and safety of Bairu power in treating late malignant tumor pain . Methods ：57 cases of advanced malignant tumor patients randomized control group and treatment group .The control group were treated with western medicine analgesic .The treatment group on the basis of the above with Bairu power .The two groups were observed and compared the degree of pain relief ,the analgesic efficiency ,average pain onset time and safety . Results ：The effective rate of the treatment group ,the analgesic onset of analgesia time ,the quality of life of Karnofsky score and clinical curative effect were better than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0 .05） . The two groups had no obvious difference in the aspect of safety （P 〉 0 .05） .Conclusion ：The Bairu powder is effective , external application in the treatment of cancer pain .
