摘　　要：大对数语音线缆的端接与系统布线是网络综合布线的重要知识点,综合学生学情和教学目标,为了使学生全面系统的学习语音系统布线,实现教学与职业岗位接轨,基于工作流程设计教学过程,并采用在传统课堂的基础上运用微课翻转课堂和教学移动数字化相结合的模式组织教学,构建全新教学模式,提高教学质量,推行教育信息化。Large number of voice cable terminal and system wiring are the important knowledge network cabling, integrates the students＂ learning and teaching objectives, in order to make the students comprehensive and systematic learning of phonological system wiring, teaching and occupation standards, based on work flow design of teaching process, and uses micro lesson flipped classroom based on traditional classroom, combined with the teaching mobile digital organization mode of teaching, builds a new teaching mode, which improves the quality of teaching, promotes education informatization.
